At The E.L.A.N.I. Network, we provide families and educators with the tools, guidance, and connections they need to support every child’s growth and development.
Here’s how we make a difference:

💛 For Families & Children

Developmental Playgroups (Ages 0–5)
Our playgroups are designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection. Each session blends play-based learning, sensory exploration, and social-emotional development, helping children strengthen fine and gross motor skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Caregivers actively participate alongside their children, learning techniques to continue supporting growth at home. We provide developmental activities, milestone tracking tools, and progress feedback so families can celebrate every success together.

Parent Workshops
Parenting can be both joyful and overwhelming—especially during the early years. Our workshops offer practical, real-life strategies for families to better understand child development, manage behaviors, and create learning-rich home environments. Topics include emotional regulation, language development, sensory play, and preparing for preschool. Each session combines expert insight with open discussion, ensuring parents feel supported, informed, and confident in their child’s journey.

Early Intervention Support
When families notice their child might be developing differently, we’re here to guide them with care and clarity. We offer developmental screenings, early learning assessments, and individualized family support plans. Our team helps parents navigate local and state intervention services, connecting them to specialists and resources as needed. By addressing developmental delays early, we empower families to take proactive steps that build lifelong confidence for their child.

Community Partnerships for Access to Care
Through collaborations with select private childcare centers and preschools in West Los Angeles and Santa Monica, we help families access quality early education at low or no cost. These partnerships ensure that children from all backgrounds have the opportunity to experience small, nurturing classrooms led by experienced educators—without financial barriers standing in the way.

🌟 For Educators & Childcare Centers

Staff Training & Development
We design and deliver professional development programs that strengthen early childhood educators’ knowledge and teaching practice. Trainings cover everything from curriculum design and developmental milestones to inclusive classroom strategies and trauma-informed care. We also offer leadership development for directors and administrators to improve team performance and center operations.

HR Compliance Support
Navigating HR and licensing requirements can be challenging for childcare programs. Our consulting services provide practical support to help centers meet all state and federal regulations with confidence. We assist with creating employee handbooks, implementing fair policies, ensuring staff files and ratios are compliant, and preparing for inspections or audits. Our goal is to protect programs, empower staff, and ensure a safe, equitable workplace for everyone.

Culture & Team Support
Healthy teams create healthy classrooms. We work closely with childcare directors and educators to build positive, collaborative work environments rooted in empathy and communication. Our coaching sessions focus on conflict resolution, leadership development, and emotional well-being in the workplace. We help teams define shared values, celebrate achievements, and strengthen relationships—creating a culture where educators feel appreciated, children feel secure, and families feel truly connected.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Every program at The E.L.A.N.I. Network is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-based practice. Whether we’re helping a child take their first steps toward learning, guiding a parent through a new developmental stage, or training an educator to lead with confidence, our mission remains the same:
to advance early learning, empower families, and equip educators—because when we lift up those who teach and care for children, we help entire communities thrive.
